Mary Mikhail, RSW, BSW, MACP

Hi, I’m Mary, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Counselling Psychology. I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, and other life experiences that can leave them feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves.


My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe that meaningful healing happens when you feel safe enough to show up as your authentic self—without fear of judgment. Whether you're working through past trauma, struggling with intense emotions, or simply feeling exhausted from carrying life's challenges on your own, I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.

Over the past seven years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including personality disorders, trauma, addiction, and mood and anxiety disorders. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and other trauma-informed modalities, tailoring therapy to your unique needs and goals.
